Job Description

You will work in hybrid model of work with office in Katowice. With flexible hours between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

You will report to Credit Management Team Lead.

Your Responsibilities:

• Get familiar with portfolio and processes,
• Contact assigned customers/company partners like AR Team or Customer Care for additional information where needed to resolve open/disputed items,
• Take care of the shared mailbox.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Active student status

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Knowledge of Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)/SAP,
• Previous experience in Shared Services.
