Lender Legal PLLC, a creditor’s rights firm with a primary practice area of residential mortgage foreclosure, is currently seeking both entry level attorneys and attorneys that have prior experience in real estate, mortgage foreclosure, and/or title law, to join our firm in Orlando.  Currently all team members are working remote but we anticipate that most team members will be back in the office one or two days a week post pandemic.  For that reason, we are looking for attorneys that are based in central Florida or willing to relocate here.


Entry-level Associate Attorney Job Description:


This position will provide the candidate with tangible, in-person courtroom experience under the guidance of partners and managing attorneys.   Attorneys in this position will handle all aspects of mortgage foreclosure litigation, including initial title review, complaint drafting, motion practice, discovery, mediations, trials, and execution on judgments.  They will work with both large and small financial institutions and investors.  Base salary range is $65,000-$75,000 with additional bonus compensation of up to $5,000 per quarter.  Compensation commensurate with experience. 


Requirements:

-Law degree from ABA accredited law school.

-License to practice law in the state of Florida and in good standing.

-0-3 years’ experience in real estate, mortgage foreclosure, and/or title law.

-Willingness to travel as needed across the state of Florida (10%).

-Strong academic credentials preferred.

-Possess good writing and communication skills.

-Be self-motivated, driven, and detail oriented.

-Have excellent time management skills.


Experienced Attorney Job Description:


Attorneys in this position will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience handling all aspects of mortgage foreclosure litigation, including initial title review, complaint drafting, motion practice, discovery, mediations, trials, and execution on judgments.  They will first-chair contested nonjury trials, take and defend depositions, and assist with legal research and writing on appellate matters as needed.  They will work with both large and small financial institutions and investors.  Base salary range is $75,000-$90,000 with additional bonus compensation of up to $5,000 per quarter.  Compensation commensurate with experience. 


Requirements:

-Law degree from ABA accredited law school.

-License to practice law in the state of Florida and in good standing.

-A minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate, mortgage foreclosure, and/or title law.

-Have a good working knowledge of litigation and motion practice, generally.

-Willingness to travel as needed across the state of Florida (10%).

-Strong academic credentials preferred.

-Possess good writing and communication skills.

-Be self-motivated, driven, and detail oriented.

-Have excellent time management skills.
