Your new role
As an experienced Legal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and practice support to senior legal professionals.
- Producing accurate, high quality work while managing competing deadlines
- Managing end to end monthly billing, including pre-bills, edits, finalisation and posting
- Coordinating calendars and scheduling appointments
- Organising domestic and international travel
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to the wider team
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders professionally across phone, email and in person interactions
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Assistant
- Demonstrated experience with end to end billing
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong calendar management skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- A high level of confidentiality and discretion
- The ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in making decisions on behalf of senior stakeholders
- The ability to anticipate needs and proactively reduce administrative workload for senior team members
